Is EnSolio a property management company?
No. EnSolio provides maintenance coordination and property operations support. We do not advertise vacancies, negotiate leases, collect rent, or hold security deposits.
Can EnSolio work with my existing vendors?
Yes. We can maintain owner-provided contact, access, and status records for approved providers. The owner remains responsible for provider selection, contracting, scheduling, direction, and payment.
Are contractor costs included in the monthly plan?
No. Contractor labor, materials, permits, emergency trade work, and separately approved on-site services are billed separately.
